Years ago, the Lord led me in praying the scripture over myself and others…

I made a journal page of all my favorite scriptures for “spiritual growth” so that I would have them handy for my prayer time (without doing Bible drills! LOL).  It seemed that anytime was a good time to pray for spiritual growth for one purpose or another!

Now that the Lord has drawn me back into art, my heart has found another way to express His Words…

These are the mixed media expressions of what I like to call “Verses that Train our Hearts and Minds”.  I love vintage, and shabby, so the colors came from my antique ladies handkerchief collection (all so sentimental to me- half I inherited, half I have found at garage sales!)

They are signed and dated on the back – and come ready to hang.  Sides are painted black so there is no need for a frame, unless that’s what you prefer!
