The story behind the piece:

I began to “see” this face during a Sunday morning church service.  We were singing a praise song with this line: “awake my soul and sing”…and the piece just flowed.  I sketched it in the notebook I always have with me, and knew this would be the first watercolor face I would do.

All my prints are printed with high quality ink on luxurious Kodak Endura Professional Paper and packaged in a protective sleeve with rigid backing.. Of course, the watermarks will not appear on your purchased item…
